How does your laundry service work?

It’s simple! You schedule a pickup, we collect your laundry, wash and fold it, then deliver it back fresh and clean, usually within 24–48 hours.

What areas do you serve?

We currently serve Philadelphia and nearby neighborhoods including West Philly, South Philly, Center City, University City, and more.

Are your machines energy-efficient?

Yes, all of our machines are energy-efficient and eco-friendly.

Do I need to sort my laundry?

Nope! Our team will carefully sort your laundry by color and fabric type before washing.

What kind of detergent do you use?

We use high-quality, skin-safe detergents. We also offer eco-friendly or hypoallergenic detergent upon request.

Is there a minimum order size?

Yes. Our minimum order is 30 lbs of laundry (about a standard-sized laundry bag). Smaller loads are accepted but charged at the 15 lb base rate.

What is your turnaround time?

Standard service: 24–48 hours

Express service: Same-day or next-day (additional fee)

How do I pay?

We accept cash, credit/debit, CashApp, PayPal, Zelle, and online payment links. Payment is due upon delivery.
